My Lord,
With ref ermee to my despatch No. 424 of the 4th instant
regarding the enforcement of the China Companies) Amankment Order
in Council, 1919, I have the honour to transmit herewith copy of
a despatch from His Majesty's Consul General at Shanghai osm ring
a report by the Crown Advocate, in his capacity as legal adviser Jo. 119. 6/20.
on company matters, on the points raised by His Excellency the
Governor of Hongkong in his despatch of April 22nd.
A copy of Sir Everard Fraser's despatch has also been
forwarded to Sir Reginald Stubba,
